A journey that would entail cycling 2,448 miles along the world renowned Route 66 passage, cycling from Chicago to Los Angeles, crossing three time zones whilst riding a three person triplet tandem bike. These young men were raising money for three charities Cheshire Young Carers,Cancer Research UK and Mark Evison Foundation
Suddenly this journey has come to a devastating end when the cyclist were hit by a vehicle in our community. Although two of the men have been released from the hospital, the third remains hospitalized. They have lost all their personal items. The tandem bicycle they used for their journey has been destroyed. Now it is our turn to help these three young men make it to LA for their journey home.
