Cycling across Casamance, Senegal for Kalabukú

Hi, I'm Ana and I am cycling 200k across the Casamance region in Senegal to raise money for an NGO I am working for called Asociación Kalabukú. Their mission is to improve the wellbeing and opportunities of young girls and women in the Casamance region in south Senegal. One of Kalabukú’s goals is to eradicate female absence from school due to lack of access to sanitary products during their menstrual cycles.

On average, girls here miss over a month of school per year for this reason, causing them to fall behind in their studies compared to their male counterparts. It would be great if you could support this cause and help Kalabukú create 2000 reusable sanitary packs that will be donated to schools across the area to increase female academic engagement.
