Cycling Away from Heart Disease

Heart Disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Miami Police Officer Joel Perez recently passed away from a heart attack in his home. He was a friend and co-worker and his loss send shock waves through the department. He leaves behind his wife and two sons, as well as hundreds of brothers and sisters in the Miami Police Department.

This year, I would you like to join me in raising money to benefit American Heart Association in his honor. I will be riding my road bike and participating in one of the largest cycling events in the United States. RAGBRAI 50 is a 7 day 530 mile cycling event.
