Cycling for Gemma

Hi its Gabs here... You may or may not know but last year I had my hair chopped off and sent it to the ‘The Little Princess Trust’ alongside an amazing £860 that I raised for them! My target was only £100 so I was very proud to smash it! This year I’m raising money for another worthwhile cause, however this one is not only very close to home, but close to my heart! The awesome Gemma Lee, who is a very good friend of my family, unfortunately last year Gem found out she has an inoperable Brain Tumour and after the last 18months of treatment and she is now currently taking part in a trial treatment from Germany. The biggest problem is that this costs £5,000 per month and the NHS doesn’t pay for it so like lots of Gemma’s Friends and family, who are all trying to help Gemma and her lovely family. I’m going to be riding 10miles from where I live in Ingleby Barwick to Marton Bistro and back again! I’ve never ever rode anywhere near that far and I’m trying to improve my own health & fitness, so I think it’s going to be really tough! As I have a BMX my Mum is lending her Mountain Bike and my Dad will cycle with me! I’m looking to all of you for support, by way of sponsorship or even if you want to join me on the ride, then that would be great, as long as you raise money though lol.
