Cyclone Freddy Victims in Neno, Malawi

Tropical Cyclone Freddy has left thousands displaced in the Southern Region of Malawi.

Kwathu Ndi Kwanu is a social enterprise supporting rural women and promoting youth entrepreneurship in Malawi and our community located in Neno has been heavily affected by Cyclone Freddy, many have been displaced and are currently living in camps. We aim to raise 5500 USD as our target goal (5.2 MWK); these funds will be used to support families and get them the necessities to support them until they are back on their feet, we intend to support the women and children with food packages, cooking oil, flour, blankets and clothes. Although there have been several reliefs made to support the victims, our target and focus is the rural women and children that have been affected.
