hello all!
we are two queer women living together in philadelphia, PA. (also good judys since forever.) these last couple of months we have been scraping by, living paycheck to paycheck among other bills. lately, money has been more of a burden and we are becoming a burden to our landlords as we are always late.
both of us being financially independent has put us in a situation where we are lacking basic necessities (healthy food, self-care related objects, etc) we both have low-paying jobs and little to no help from our families.
crowdfunding our rent is one of the only viable options we have left so we can continue in our endeavors without falling deeper into the loophole of worrying about bills. helping with this rent will help alleviate current financial stress so that both of us can continue on in life, even momentarily, without being pressed for money.
our landlords are extremely patient and forgiving but we do not want to take advantage of them or put them in a situation where they don't want us to live here anymore.
to help two young people living in a city trying to help themselves and their community please consider sharing + donating.
