Cynthia Anderson Memorial Fund

Cynthia Anderson, age 70, Mother to Tara (Alan) Hannah and Rebekah (Kevin) Stubbs, and grandmother to Alexandria and Kadyn Hannah and Versailles and Vienna Stubbs, passed away Thursday, November 15th, 2018, after a fight with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia).
Cynthia loved to travel and participate in foreign missions. She and her husband Dennis Anderson, who has also gone to be with the Lord, served as missionaries with "Youth With a Mission" from 1995 to 1999. They lived in India for 6 months while supporting a local ministry .
Because of Cynthia's huge heart for the widowed and those in need, the family would like to honor her by creating a memorial fund for CFCI ministry at La Calzada Island in San Salvador, El Salvador. Her daughter Tara and granddaughter Alexandria have both served there as part of a mission team from Cornerstone Ministries in Murrysville, PA. The family will be working closely with the CFCI Missionary in El Salvador to determine how the funds will be used in her honor. They have several needs currently: a CFCI owned vehicle for transportation while on the island, help with their child feeding program (currently serving over 150 children daily), and they are currently working in education by tutoring but also want to add educational and vocational workshops and a computer lab.
Tara and Alexandria will be traveling there next July and will update those of you who donated on how the funds were used in her honor. All donations to this fund are greatly appreciated and the family would like to extend a huge thank you for joining with them in celebrating the memory of Cynthia.
