Cynthia Hughes-Fisher

It is with a heavy heart that I’m posting that my childhood best friend has gone to Heaven. Cynthia Hughes Fisher or as my mom would say Cindy Sue is one of the strongest, kindest, loving people that has blessed many lives, especially mine. Her 15 year battle with Osteosarcoma and Myelodysplastic Syndrome unfortunately has taken her away from us too soon. Her mother/caregiver is now faced with unexpected expenses due to her untimely passing.
Cynthia has inspired so many with her relentless fighting attitude, courage, and strength! As a nurse she met and befriended many fellow nurses and patients while working at Houchin Blood Bank and CBCC . Cindy was also a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend. Cynthia gave so much of her life to help others in need which was her calling. Any donations towards Cynthia's expenses would be appreciated.
