Cystotomy to remove a stone in my bladder

Hi, my name is Shin and I am a 13-year-old Yorkshire. I came all the way from Brazil to Canada and unfortunately, the age has come. Last Friday I had to go to the Emergency vet after not being able to pee for 24 hours due to a stone in my bladder. They were able to push the stone from my urethra to my bladder but it needs to be removed before it goes back to my urethra. Since I am old the surgery has a high risk but I believe that everything will be ok since I still look like a puppy.

My owners already spent a huge amount of money on X-rays and procedures at the Emergency vet and they would love and appreciate any help as possible for my surgery next Tuesday.
