Daughter's funeral expenses

Our 19 year old daughter, Dominique Bigler, passed away on August 4, 2014. She fought a long almost 6 year battle with synovial sarcoma( soft tissue cancer). We didn't have any life insurance or anything for the funeral. We never wanted to give up on her and never did but the cancer took over her body and she was in lots of pain and she asked our permission to let her go. It has been so hard to believe that she is gone but I have a 16 year old daughter who needs our support. Dominique was a very giving person and was always raising money for other kids with cancer and I promised her I will continue her legacy of helping others. First I need to take care of her funeral expense. If you can help in any way please. If it's just change it will be greatly appreciated because every penny counts.
