Help Mohammed's Family From Gaza Rebuild Their Lives

My name is Mohammad Salem Abu Swierh, a husband and father of three beautiful children, Mira (6 years), Bakr (3 years), and Maria (a year). We live in Al-Nuseirat, Gaza, a place where life has become a daily struggle for survival. Despite graduating with a degree in Primary Education from Al-Azhar University, the harsh reality of limited opportunities forced me to take a job at a milling company. I’ve worked hard to provide for my family, but the ongoing war has turned our lives upside down.

For over 315 days, Gaza has been engulfed in a relentless war. My family and I have been living in a constant state of fear, uncertainty, and deprivation. The war has devastated our lives, taking away our livelihood and turning our home into a place of despair. A neighboring house was targeted, causing severe damage to our own home, leaving it barely habitable. Now, we find ourselves struggling with the most basic of needs: water, food, safety, and security.

My children are not just suffering from physical deprivation, but from the mental and emotional scars of living in a war zone. There is no education, no healthcare, no electricity, and most devastatingly, no hope for the future if we remain here.

After much thought and discussions with my wife, we have made the decision to seek a way out for my family. I believe that the only way to secure a safe and prosperous future for my children is to leave Gaza and start anew. But doing so requires resources that I cannot gather on my own.

We need $40,000 to cover the costs of leaving Gaza and establishing ourselves in a safer country where we can rebuild our lives. Here is the breakdown of our needs:
