Help me evacuate my family from Gaza

Hi,

my name is Basim AbuSamra, I am from the Gaza Strip.

I hope this message finds you well and safely. I'm here trying to save my family from the genocide happening in Gaza.

please help and save my family.

My family faces death every minute... I am constantly terrified that I will hear of their loss. The only thing I can do to save their lives is to evacuate them from the death zone. However, the border is closed to citizens trying to leave. There is only one way for families to leave, and this requires an amount of money that we do not have after destroying our property and depriving everyone of everything. Therefore, I am here asking for your support to reach the targeted amount of money needed to evacuate my family.

My family who were living the best days of their lives a few months ago are now facing unprecedented challenges to survive day by day. Besides the constant indiscriminate bombing that caused them to constantly move from one place to another, their daily struggle due to the acute shortage of food, clean water and medical supplies did not last long.

The air polluted with toxic substances, the water is either non-existent or polluted…Everyone is exhausted, and everyone is sick.

My father Mureed is 56 years old and is a teacher and educated in his field.

My father used to work at Beit Lahia Primary School. My father Mureed had many dreams, he was the only breadwinner for our family but now he doesn’t have a job, he is doing his best to save his family from this Genocide.

unfortunately, my father suffers from medical condition (a heart attack and pain in the disc in his back), so these displacements are very difficult for him.

Also, in the winter, my father suffers from cold syndrome, so these displacements are life-threatening.

My mother Basma is the most beautiful soul, the wisest woman I have ever met, and a source of strength and optimism for all of us. My mother is so kind and loving that I don’t have the words to describe my love for her.

But my mother suffers from high blood pressure, and this miserable condition is more than any human being can bear.

My brothers are smart, and excel at their jobs and schools…

My brother Moath is 23 years old and already an amazing doctor. Moath studied at the Faculty of medicine at the Islamic university, he is very smart and ambitious. This Genocide have taken away his dreams and many of his friends that he loved.

Moath have helped many and treated many under this ongoing Genocide when he have been volunteering at hospitals in Gaza.

My brother Youssef is 21 years old, he is an athlete that loves all kinds of sports like football, kickboxing, swimming and jogging. Youssef studied at Al-Aqsa university specializing in physical education but this Genocide took away his chance to study and deprived him of education like many others in the Gaza strip.

Ahmed is the youngest of my brothers who just recently turned 17 years old, he had his seventeenth birthday in this Genocide, he deserves an birthday filled with joy, love and safety but this birthday was the very opposite…. Please help my family so Ahmed can turn 18 years old, so Ahmed can have many more birthdays that are in safety.

Ahmed should be studying to achieve his dreams, he should be spending time with his friends and have fun, but instead he is trying to survive day by day, minute by minute.

Ahmed dreamed of becoming an doctor, he is extremely smart and he was one of the smartest kids in school. Ahmed had many dreams, he was ambitious. Ahmed loved sports, he loved football. He is so young, he is still a child but he have been deprived of his childhood and also his youth. Ahmed have lost so many friends, he is only 17.

My brothers, my beloved brothers are now trapped in tents, collecting firewood to boil water to drink.

Pray that we can save all these beautiful souls.

our house is now completely destroyed…we lost many relatives and friends, and we lost contact with so many that we could no longer count them. We don’t want to lose any more. I don’t want to be too late in taking the only step we can take to save my family.

We have already lost everything. My only concern now is to lose another life.

The only way to save my family from this madness and this holocaust is to evacuate them, and the only way to evacuate them is through the

Rafah crossing, which costs from $7,000 to $8,000 per person!

I ask for your help and support to speed up the evacuation process from Gaza, and ensure their quick and safe transfer.
