Support Lindsay's Battle Against Cancer

Meet my niece, Lindsay.

Lindsay is a 16 year old student at Tippecanoe Valley High School. She’ll be starting her junior year this fall.

In February of this year, Lindsay began to feel a very strong pain in her right arm which resulted in many trips to the hospital, bloodwork, scans, and additional testing. Within months, a mass was located in her chest wall. She was quickly transferred from Parkview in Fort Wayne to Riley’s Children’s Hospital where she and her parents finally received a diagnosis on June 3rd- an advanced form of muscular cancer that has since spread to her lungs. Lindsay began her chemo treatments immediately, which will be followed by radiation treatments and a surgery in hopes to remove the tumor.

As you can imagine, this has been a very overwhelming few weeks for our family. Above all, her parents are now faced with the stress of everyday expenses, traveling between Indianapolis/Fort Wayne/Akron, and the staggering amount of medical bills that will soon come.

I humbly ask each person who reads this, on behalf of my brother Jesus, his wife Nely, Lindsay, her two other siblings Kasey and Derek, that you find it in your heart to help this family in way that you can.
