Son needs lawyer in Canada

My name is Michelle Li.  My son is Kash Ryan Pande.  He is 25 years old and was born in Canada.  With me being USA born he is a dual citizen.  He grew up in Texas and went back to Canada at age 18 to persue a career and met the girl of his dreams.  He has always been the computer kid.  Loved it from the age of 6 and building them by age 8.  He was hired for a job in Toronto and helped launch a company called Jentu.  It was his baby prodject and worked for the man (Abe) 24-7.  He was salary a very small salary.  So, all those extra hours were never paid for but he didn't care because he was doing what he loved best.  He worked for Abe I think 3 yrs.  He was extremely exhausted when he got to Texas for a visit last August needing to catch up on sleep and rest and eating right.  Abe called him many hours a day at least 20 times a day telling him I need you to come back I can't do it without you man...  Kash was so wiped out he told me I think I am going to quit.  I just can't take it anymore I am exhausted and there is no rest I work all the time.  He had to put his phone in the livingroom and go to bed so he wouldn't hear the phone at night.  I would hear the man calling from the phone on speaker saying "Kash? You there?" at 2 am it was very hard to not pick it up and turn it off to stop the sound for some badly needed rest.  Kash stayed at my home for 2 months working from my house.  All day he would be on the computer working until he would go to sleep at night.  He told me he was nervous going back because Abe was so demanding and wouldn't understand that he was going to quit.  he needed to quit.  He said I don't even want to live anymore I am so depressed I have to quit for my sanity.  He went back to Canada.... before he quit the company he deleted all of his access to the company so he wouldn't be able to go back into it again.  He did so then told Abe I am done I quit I can't take it anymore.  Abe demanded that Kash stay and when Kash didn't, Abe filed a police report against him to be arrested for stealing from his company and accused him of changing the password for Abe to be able to go into the computer and claimed he can't get into the company computer to work and losing millions of dollars.  The Toronto police arrested Kash on a accusation with NO proof even telling my son there was no proof.  He was booked and given bail and was let go and told he could not work on any computers phone or any electronic with wifi/internet access.  Well, Kash got a new job and that is his livelyhood so they lifted that ban so he could work.  Abe stalked Kash till he could find something to get him thrown back into jail.  They revoked the bail and are keeping him in until they go to trial.  Kash has Chrones disease.  He has to have a special diet and they don't feed him what his body can handle.  He tried to show his proof that he didn't do what Abe has accused him of but they say, this man is a wonderful upstanding citizen how and why would he lie to get this????  Well he has and we need to prove it and need a lawyer that can fight the Crown Prosecutor in this case.  I have no money and I can't even afford to fly up there or even drive the 2500 miles to get to him.  If you would help me get there and a good lawyer who will fight for my son I would be ever so grateful.  I am so far away from him and he needs me there.  I need to be there to help him and make sure they take care of the law and not the enemy.  Please anything would help.  If everyone reading this could just give something I could get to him and help him get the right counsel.  I would be so thankful to be able to do this.  Please Please Please help my son Kash.  The money will be used to get him a lawyer and a flight up to him.  He is supposed to appear in court on the 13th of this month.  I need the money as soon as possible.  Thank you very much  I appreciate every single one of you.  If your unable to help with the finances please keep Kash and his freedom in your prayers.  Thank you very much
