We made it to Nationals

Hi all,

I'm Jesse, I have been coaching gymnastics since 2002, and have been Head Coach of Lowell High School Boys' gymnastics for the past 13 years AND this year, was honored with the opportunity to be Head Coach for the Girls' gymnastics team!

Back in 2004, I had the opportunity to compete and represent Lowell High School for Nationals--this experience persuaded me to go into coaching high school students, which has brought me a ton of joy!

This year, one of my senior girls' Malinda, has made it on the National team and I am thrilled for her! I've known her since she was a freshman and was allowed to coach her officially this year. She worked extremely hard to achieve her goal, and has gained an immense amount of confidence in this sport! Wishing her the best of luck in college -- GO MALINDA!!!!!

A quick word from her.

"Hi my name is Malinda Yim, I am a senior at Lowell High School. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 7 years old. I have been on the Lowell High Gymnastic team for 4 years and was named Captin in my Senior year. During the State Championships, I was selected to help represent Team Massachusetts on the National team. I am also a cheerleader, a dancer for the school as well and able to keep my grades up to be apart of the National Honor Society."

We are trying to raise the fund for us to go to the National Competition.

Which will be Held:

Dates: May 17, 18, 19, 20, 2023

Location: Ft. Myers Beach/Estero Recreation Center

Host Hotel:Marriot Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa

The fund we raise will help us with: Flight, Lodging, Registration fees, gymnasts and coaches fees, etc.

Any of the leftover funds will go into the Lowel High School Gymnastics account for future years.
