Help me publish to help veterans.

My name is Shorty. I am a woman, disabled combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan 2002-2003. I have had a long journey in my trauma therapy to get to this point and be able to write a children’s book. Through that journey I have found a couple extremely great adaptive outlets that have helped me heal, discover who I am, and to find true peace with my past. Because of those adaptive outlets I have seen many others helped the same way I was. I have also relied a lot on the animals in my life to help me along the way. It is amazing how wise they are if we take the time to listen to what they are trying to say. I wrote this book as a Thank you to the animals that have helped me. I started this Go Fund Me so that I can move forward in the publishing process of the book. I plan to donate the proceeds of the books sold to nonprofits that help veterans. 22 veterans a day commit suicide and my hope is that by being able to make these donations to the nonprofits that will help get that number to zero. I want to be able to pay it forward so that others can find the peace in their lives. Thank you for your donation everything helps and I am extremely grateful. Join The Hoof Force ( a horse, and her two donkey detectives) as they invest the case of the missing shoe. It is a story that teaches kids to ask for help in the beginning if they don’t know how to fix something.
