Help Jessica Rebuild After Hurricane Milton

Hey everyone! I am setting up a GoFundMe for my friend Jessica, who has been severely affected by Hurricane Milton.

She recently bought a property in Lakeland, FL that she has been working very hard, long hours to completely renovate for her and her family. Unfortunately, her home has been damaged by the hurricane, with immediate repairs needed. Unfortunately, because her home is a mobile home from 1976, it could not be insured.

She works from home and is unable to work atm, due to the internet being down without a foreseeable date that it will be back up. This also means that she will need help with groceries, bills, necessities, etc.

Her statement:

I am reaching out for help with food, water, and minor repairs to my mobile home after it was damaged by Hurricane Milton. The storm caused flooding, ripped off aluminum siding, and destroyed my porch covering. Windows were also shattered, and my storage shed was demolished. I have filed a claim with FEMA, but approval may take up to 10 days. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
