Brenda Darnell Memorial Fund

Last February our parents , Brenda and Larry Darnell were in a serious car accident. Although Dad was able to walk away with minor injuries, Mom had a ruptured spleen and needed immediate surgery. During the surgery they discovered she had a mysterious cirrhosis of the liver. Since the wreck, the doctors tried to find the cause but we're unable to. In December Mom's health began to decline even more. Shortly after Christmas she was rushed to the ER with signs of liver failure. It was then they discovered she had an autoimmune disease called Primary Biliary Cirrhosis. From that point on she was in and out of the ICU until her passing on Thursday, February 2nd. This fund is being setup to help our Dad pay for the medical bills incurred while Mom battled for more time with us. We sincerely appreciate all the help you can offer.
