My 17 year old Nephew, Noah Adams, has been diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma - a rare bone Cancer. Noah is a very active boy. A few weeks ago he fell on his skateboard and hurt his knee. Mom didn’t think anything of it but after a couple weeks, Noah kept complaining so she took him to see the doctor. After a couple mri’s and a biopsy - every parents nightmare came true, Noah has Cancer. He has a large tumor behind his knee on the femur. A battle involving aggressive chemotherapy, possibly surgery, radiation and many visits to the doctors and hospitals lie ahead of him.

Although, the family is blessed with Medical insurance it will not cover the unknown cost of the treatment.  The funds raised will also cover meals for when someone has to stay with Noah or when Mom is unable to make dinner for the rest of the family. And anything else to help with Noah’s journey. 

Noah is such a great kid and does a really good job of remaining positive. This fundraiser will also help to make his life richer as he fights this battle, as cancer may rob him of his Senior year at Central Catholic High School -  the school he loves so much, his JROTC Orienteering team, his time with friends, daily comfort and life enjoyment.
