Almost done!!!!

Hi my name is Angel, I am an RN who is out on fmla, receiving $350 per week std, not sure how that happened but it’s a learning moment, print all selections during open enrollment.

Any who, I had oral surgery 12/29, to remove approx 40% of my tongue and 50 lymph nodes. Cancer in 2 of the lymph nodes. I have been out of work since on fmla. One may ask why did you not have more pto for emergencies- well my 76 yr old father was through for an atv last summer and broke his neck at C4 and C5, so all my built up pto was used taking care of him for the summer. I am glad to be able to do that but it has put me in this situation.

I have been blessed by one church who requested to be nameless and many coworkers, I would not

still be afloat without them. Many have done and given

more than I could have ever imagined.

I will return to work May 6th, I have a follow up with my main surgeon at the end of April anticipating clearance to return to work on May 6th.

I will finish chemo next week!!!! And radiation the last week of March.

i have more medical bills than I could imagine, one is already threatening to turn me into collections, not even back to work, not done with chemo, not done with radiation. My daughter has to have her wisdom teeth out and you have to have the $ up front for that. I would put that off but they are hurting her.

sorry for this being so long but a lot of people try to scam with these things and I want to impress upon people this is real

life, for someone who normally gives and doesnt receive but the cancer diagnosis has changed that as a single parent.
