Mike Franck was an amazing person who was taken from us too soon; he meant the world to his loved ones and friends. To honor him as best we can, my family and his have partnered with the FSU-FAMU School of Engineering to launch the Mike Franck Memorial Scholarship for Engineering. Mike was a first generation college student who was born in Haiti. Mike took a lot of pride in his work, and this scholarship would go towards minority and immigrant engineering students, to, in a way, 'create more Mikes.' Our goal is to reach $25,000 so that the scharship can be given annually to a student in need. Any and all contributions are very appreciated.
