Dad & Mom need help to be with infant son in PICU

Hi, my name is Vickie, my nephew Chuck and his wife Raven Pitchford are experiencing a medical emergency with their 11-month-old twin son, Raymond who was admitted to the hospital in Spokane, WA, and remains at the Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit.

Their son contracted meningitis and experienced infant strokes and currently is under medical treatment for a blood clot on his brain that is impacting movement on one side of his body. At one point Raymond was released to more standard care within the hospital and then the medical team discovered bleeding in his brain that sent him back to the PICU.

The parents want to be with their son during this time. However, they need additional financial support from all who can help. Currently, they received a donation for 3 night stay and will need more to cover meals, hotel, and traveling back and forth from Willpinitt to remain connected with their other two children.

Raymond is a twin and his twin brother, Ashton, and sister, Cheryl will be with their maternal family during this medical emergency.
