Daddy’s little girl, Hazel Flores, lost her father in a tragic car accident on his way to work on October 6, 2022, Chad Flores had big dreams for his little girl, it breaks my heart to know that Chad’s life was taken too soon before having a chance to set up a life plan for his little girl, this comes with a heavy heart as I ask for support in creating a trust fund for Hazel, all funds will be put away for Hazel to receive on her 18th birthday.
