San Leon Fire Responded to a Reported Structure Fire

San Leon Fire responded to a reported structure fire in the 500 block of 24 Street, upon arrival on the scene an RV was discovered with heavy involvement. The fire was brought under control and extinguished shortly after the arrival of the fire department. Bacliff Fire also responded and provided additional manpower at the incident. The fire is still under investigation at the time of the writing of this article.

Hi, my name is Sedena Randall, I am doing this fundraiser to pay for my dad (Bill Wright) cremation and to replenish the things that my brother ( Billy Wright) lost in the fire. You see, the RV that my dad and brother lived in caught fire on January 9, 2024. My brother wasn't home at the time because he was helping out some friends that were moving into their new place. The RV caught fire and my dad didn't make it out, this fire took his life. The RV was about 95% burned, so there was nothing left to salvage, not one thing. My brother has lost everything he owned and our sweet dad. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated. I do not know what else to say, my eyes are filled with tears and my heart is so heavy as I am writing this.
