Glenveagh School Sportathon
Donation protected
The leavers department are participating in a ‘Sportathon’ on Friday 23rd April. Pupils will participate in a variety of different sports and activities throughout the day to raise much needed funds to help support the school.
Funds raised will go towards resources/equipment to improve our outdoor areas and make them more interactive, engaging to help promote physical activity & sensory play for all our pupils.
As we come out of lock down we fully recognise the importance of physical activity & sensory play. We realise the benefits and how it can help improve our physical and mental wellbeing. Our aim is to give our pupils the opportunity to sample different activities that will motivated and enthuse them to stay active and help foster communication skills and friendships amongst their peers.
