Seven Summits Expedition

Hi!

We are Dagger and Book, an organization started by Kevin Fischetto and Nick Ige. Nick and Kevin are students at Harvard College and veterans of the United States Military Special Operations Community: Nick is a former Army Ranger studying neuroscience, and Kevin is a former Air Force Special Reconnaissance Operator studying philosophy.

Our mission is to raise awareness for veterans to pursue education after military service. We also want to raise attention to student mental health. We believe that finding friends and going on adventures, whether big or small, can help transitioning veterans and students struggling with depression and anxiety.

We will climb the highest mountains on each of the seven continents, also known as the "Seven Summits," while carrying books. We believe this endeavor best represents our values of fostering friendship and adventure.
