Dakotah Cover’s GoFundMe

On Sunday, March 3, Dakotah was involved in a sports bike accident, sliding about 50 yards. He was airlifted to South Bend from Rochester. He had to go into surgery as he had a hole in the back of his skull as well as the hard impact to his skull, causing bleeding in his brain. Fortunately, they were able to get all of the blood out of his brain in surgery. But as any type of head trauma is serious, the recovery for this will be slow. He also has a broken collar bone, along with a bunch of road rash. He is going to be in the hospital for at least 3-4 more days depending on how well the drainage from his head is, and pray there won’t be any infection. He also may have to go to therapy for his brain injury for a week.

Dakotah just started a new job about 3 weeks ago so he does not have any vacation or insurance to use through them.
