Dakotah Strong

On Saturday, December 7th, a beautiful 9-year-old girl was involved in a terrible incident and rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, the Parrish medical team worked hastily and had her airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital. The Arnold Palmer team members were prepped and ready to go. Miracles were performed that day by an amazing group of individuals who worked steadily to save a young girl's life while close family and friends waited anxiously nearby.

 

Dakotah is now stable but still in critical condition, although getting better by the day. Doctors explained that she will have a long road to recovery ahead.

 

As the holiday season begins, her mother, a single mother of three kids will be out of work supporting her daughter during this difficult time. We're hoping to remove some of the financial stress from medical bills that we anticipate over the weeks to come as we get close to the holidays.  Whatever you can give, no matter how big or small, will be immensely helpful and deeply appreciated in this time of need. ❤️ #dakotahstrong
