Dale Culver- An unfortunate death
Dale Culver died on July 18, 2017, after being arrested by the RCMP in Prince George, B.C. Dale leaves behind his partner, and three kids, a 14-year-old daughter, a six-year-old son, and a new baby girl who is only five months old.
Dale had a big heart and was always there for friends and family. Friends remember Dale as being the one who never let them down. It is a sad story to tell as we now remember Dale. Dale was First Nations, and raised in Moricetown, B.C., before moving to Prince George, B.C.
After this all happened Dale's partner had this to say, "you've stolen a life that has done nothing but helped people in need, my 5-month-old daughter is now still waiting for him to come home."
Dale's children will never get to see him again, a child now fatherless will never get to say goodnight to him, or ever get to hear a bedtime story from her daddy.
On July 18, 2017, RCMP report that they responded to a 911 call about an individual "casing vehicles," this alone has not been proven to be true. Dale was tackled by RCMP and arrested after multiple RCMP officers pinned him to the ground and pepper sprayed him. The circumstances around Dale's arrest raises serious issues and concerns. As a member of the First Nations community, Dale has now fallen fate to some of our worst nightmares. Dale was a Father, a son, and a dear friend to so many. I hope that this page will be the beginning of raising the needed awareness and stop it from happening to others.
We should all consider the fact that this can happen to anyone, and it should not happen at all. The money from this go fund me campaign will be used towards funeral costs and for the family and kids of Dale Culver.
We are asking for any help you can give, and we thank you for all of your support and compassion.
