Dale Lewis Needs A Mobility Scooter

I'm Carl King, a good friend of Dale Lewis.

Dale has devoted his life to helping others. He works as a group therapy counselor in Sarasota, Florida. Now he needs our help, so he can continue his mission.

If you know Dale, you know he was born with a disabled arm, but that never stopped him from anything -- even playing bass guitar! He refused to be treated differently.

Now he has diabetes (being managed with medication) and the beginnings of congestive heart failure (requiring him to carry an oxygen tank). He is deaf in one ear and losing his vision. That means he can no longer drive to work. He takes the local buses, but Florida is not known for its efficient public transportation. Getting from the bus stop to his job (requiring him to cross the busy US-41) is a major challenge for him.

I want to raise $2,000 for a mobility scooter and other miscellaneous medical supplies to help him.
