Dale Musso and Family with Medical Expenses

With a Heavy Heart, We are Asking for Help. Everything is Uncertain at this time, however we do know Dale and our family need support. Dale Musso experienced loss of function in his legs, Sunday Jan 7th. He had to be rushed to Janesville Hospital and was informed he had aortic dissection. In turn, Dale had to be flown by helicopter, to UW Madison. Before they were able to attempt the surgery, Dale had a heart attack. At that time, he had to be brought back to life to go under Open Heart Bypass Surgery. By doing this, the Drs rebuilt his Aorta and put three stints in multiple Arteries. Once out of surgery, he then had a blood clot in his leg and they had to do surgery again. Dale has no function in his legs at this moment and is no longer responsive. We all know Dale never wanted to live on a machine or even be in a hospital to say the least, he would be very upset that he’s been on the Ecmo for this long. Unfortunately, Dale doesn’t have health insurance, Dana and Ryan are navigating options to assist with what’s to come. At this time, the Drs are uncertain as to whether or not Dale will pull through. In the heartbreaking but realistic circumstance that he does not, a cremation for him will be needed. If he does make it out of this, he will need a lot of rehabilitation and medical equipment to live his life. Dana and Ryan are making decisions based on what the doctors have told us and if Dales heart can’t beat on his own he will pass from heart failure once off the Ecmo machine. Asking for help is never easy, however it is desperately needed at this time. If you’re able to donate, anything at all, it would be greatly appreciated. We know times are hard for everyone, especially with the holidays just coming to an end. But, we are at a loss as to what to do and are humbly asking for your help.
