HelpDale Spangler with unexpected medical expenses

Hi, my name is Michelle. I have created this fundraiser with some support from our community. Unfortunately, Dale is not doing well, after having a tree fall on him. And to make matters worse, he also had a fall. Which has now led to an infection in his bone. And to make matters even worse, they can’t figure out why his heart rate is so high. He is currently in the hospital and the bills have begun to come. Rent, electricity, just the necessities, that he is unable to pay at this time. If you’re from Kersey, PA, you know Dale. He didn’t take from anyone. He would rather give & help someone, even if it doesn’t benefit him. He would help anyone in need, if he is able. I remember always seeing him in his beach button downs with buzzy riding shotgun He was friends with just about everyone & has so many funny stories. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a bad word said about him, to be honest. He could talk your ear off for hours. And no matter what life throws at him, he always gets back up. He’s got that old soul & loves to reminisce about his younger days. Playing softball with his cousins & buddies. He is just a genuine man. This is the first time he’s ever had a hospital stay of this nature. Which adds to everything else. He just needs a little help. He is also on a vent & sedated, as of last night (11.6). They tried to work him off of the vent but his heart rate spiked right back up.  I pray to god to please just let him rest & be okay again. I hope our community will pull together & help him in his time of need. His daughter & granddaughter are his world. Along with medical expenses, he still has the worry of just your typical daily expenses. His daughter, Brooke, is driving 30 miles back and forth almost daily. They’re scared. We’re scared. Because it takes a lot to knock Dale down.

I ask that you put your hate aside and show a little bit of compassion towards Dale and his family. We are all human. I’ve watched people pull together for other situations and it gives me faith, he will receive the same love and respect. Every penny helps.
