Destroyed Floors

Dal has been far more concerned with helping others than sharing his story so I'll do it for him.  Dal is new to HP but when he found out a fellow technician was living in his van at a truck stop he took him in without question.  

Thankfully Dal's losses have been limited to his flooring. The ground water has seeped up through the cracks in his cement slab and kept his floors soaked.  The saturation was bad enough to completely destroy the carpeting.  He still shows up every day to support our largest health care customer in the region and has been the primary technician on call during this time.
