Dales girls playing indoor cricket for Australia
Donation protected
At the recent Junior Indoor Cricket National Championships held in Ipswich, Queensland, 3 of our past Junior Dales players - Rituja Talekar, Lauren Barclay and Stella de Roos represented Victoria in their respective age groups. Based on their incredibly strong performances, all 3 were selected into the Australian junior teams and will represent Australia at the World Indoor Cricket Federation Junior World Series in Dubai to be held from 30th September to 7th October this year.
Indoor Cricket is an amateur sport which requires family support and fundraising to alleviate costs. Attending the National Championships in Ipswich incurred costs for each player of over $3,000. With the honour of being named to represent Australia in Dubai, each player will incur additional costs of over $5,000 for tournament entry costs, travel, accommodation, transport and apparel.
The Dales female program has been a huge part of the development of these girls and we couldn't be prouder of them. Please help us to raise funds to alleviate the costs of the Australian tour to Dubai.
