Dalton Hatley Transplant Fund

Donation protected

My name is Tina Hatley. I am a mother of four children and my life centers around my kids. My son, Dalton Hatley, is a 23 year old with the diagnosis of a rare disease called FSGS. He is on the national transplant list to receive his second kidney transplant. His first transplant kidney was given to him by his father, Rick Hatley. This disease is relentless and now the time has come for him to need another kidney. BUT... Fear not, because Dalton is more relentless. While most of us find excuses for every little thing Dalton has still has managed to create his own brand called Sonkei, a successful sushi restaurant and live a passionate life unencumbered by this disease as possible. This GoFundMe isn't something Dalton would ever ask for. He works every single day, saves his money, but sometimes it still isn't enough. I truly believe a helping hand is something he deserves. I need help to give Dalton a break. I know it is a hard time for everyone, but anyway you could help will make all the difference. Whether it be financial or just reaching out with kind words. I know it would really help Dalton remain positive, continue to work towards his dreams and ultimately live a happy life. Everything this GoFundMe raises will go directly towards helping Dalton through, yet again, another trying time. Thank you so much for taking the time to hear Dalton's situation and we hope that you are getting by during the difficult times of Covid. I'm sure we could all use some help but i'm hoping that somehow this can be a way Dalton can find some relief.  If you want to see Dalton and the beautiful, strong person he is... Check him out and just see what kind of drive and passion he has. You wouldn't even know.

UPDATE! DALTON IS GETTING A KIDNEY! It will be a long recovery process and he will be out of work for a month or two. WE ARE SO BLESSED! I can't tell you the feelings that something like this brings. Terrible anxiety and fear because you have to climb this massive mountain. Surgery, pain, recovery, pain, and on and on. But also true excitement because he is finally getting a kidney. This means that he will be able to live "normal." Whatever that means. For Dalton, it means no dialysis, no more "certain medications" that effect his bones, and so many things I can't even think of. It's hard to process all of this and put it into words because this is all happening RIGHT NOW! Thank you for reading this. Thank you for taking the time. God bless you all!

1)This money will help Dalton survive as he will be out of work during/after his transplant.

. Again, thank you for taking the time to hear our situation. We love you all.
