Help for Damian and Jessika

As many of you know, on February 1st Damian's 60 day sublet refused to vacate the property at the new K-Town studio space. They reached out to me (Jessika) to help find an eviction lawyer and begin the difficult process of filing for eviction in Los Angeles County.

It took many hours, lots of phone calls, research, and help from friends but I was able to get the necessary paperwork in order and serve the "tenant" papers that evening.

Unfortunately I had an intense stress reaction and Damian had to call 911 at 3:30am that night. After visiting Urgent Care the Dr put me on a 3 day medical leave to prevent more serious damage to my heart. Damian had to cancel his work to stay and monitor my condition during those 3 days.

I'm happy to say that I am slowly improving. But we still had the issue of the illegal occupant refusing to vacate the property. By some miracle he finally packed up and left on Tuesday evening after 6 long days of rampaging through the apartment, drinking, smoking, and other lewd conduct. We are so thankful for this nightmare to have come to an end.

When the tenant left he took the keys and fob with him. It will cost Damian $240 to replace the locks and order a new fob for the garage. I (Jessika) lost $800 in earnings, and Damian lost $140 due to my medical leave. This all comes at a time when we have already poured every last dime into our business pursuits. The financial loss was a hard hit.
