Damien's FTM Transition!

My name is Damien and I'm a 17-year-old Transgender man. I figured out that I was trans when I was 14 and since then I've been trying to start hormone therapy. I've been moved to another waiting list that is about 2 years long and therefore have decided to go private. However, this is quite costly as a student without a job so I need some support!

Over the past few years, gender dysphoria has taken a huge toll on my mental health and it feels as if I've been waiting for an eternity to start testosterone. Not being able to feel happy or confident in my own body has damaged me in many ways, and I have suffered from increasing depression and anxiety as a result.
