Damon Bowling

My name is Ashley, my Dad Damon Bowling (Tank) passed away on Dec 8th, 2024. He did not have life insurance, he tried a few times over the past years to get coverage but was denied because of his critical health condition, and the couple of life insurance companies he was approved for was unaffordable. My Dad had brittle diabetes that lead to many other health issues, his pancreas began to shut down, he started having diabetic seizures, and was diagnosed with the onset of parkinsons earlier this year, when he fell and broke his femur in Feb it never healed because he had neuropathy in his legs/feet. My Dad was a roofer, hard hardworker, and a good man, he would give someone the shirt off his back. I remember when I was a kid, we would be walking down the street and the neighborhood we lived in back then had a lot of homeless, and he would give them money, or he would go inside a restaurant and get them a meal. I am trying to raise funds for his cremation. My Dad wanted a direct cremation, simple without any fuss. We called many funeral homes and were given an estimate of around $2000. If you would like to help, any amount would be greatly appreciated and my Dad would be so thankful.
