Dan DesBecquets Cancer Fundraiser

Our good friend, and amazing human being, Dan DesBecquets was recently diagnosed with a rare strain of B cell lymphoma. While they are still trying to figure out exactly what strain it is, they are currently classifying it as Burkitt like.

As of May 22nd, his birthday of all days, Dan moved into the BC Cancer hospital where he began Chemotherapy. While most chemotherapy treatments happen over a few hour period, Dan will be living at the hospital for the next 6 months while he undergoes treatment.

While Dan will be under constant supervision from the amazing Doctors and Nurses at the BC Cancer society, his wife Nicole will be juggling a busy business and 2 young kids on top of coping with the realities of what this means to their family. The goal of this fundraiser is to help offset some of the financial burden this will have on their young family, as well as help eliminate any additional stresses Dan may have while there so he can focus purely on getting healthy and returning home to his amazing family.
