Help a Brave Friend Fight Non-Smoking Lung Cancer
Donation protected
I thank you for your support and donations during Dan’s long battle with non-smoking lung cancer. It is with great sadness and sorrow that I update this page with the news of Dan’s passing. I’ll never forget the brave approach and positive attitude that Dan had during his fight. It serves as an example of how I hope to approach my own mortality.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to this page to continue to help them lessen the financial burden associated with his illness.
Thank you.

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
We are reaching out to you today to ask for your support for an incredibly brave and resilient man who has dedicated his life to serving others - a US Marine, a Vermont state trooper, and a longtime paramedic who is currently fighting a battle with non-smoking lung cancer.
For the past 10 years, he has been waging a courageous battle against this devastating disease, never losing his positive attitude and determination to beat it. He has undergone multiple surgeries, rounds of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, clinical trials, and radiation treatments, all while continuing to work as a private investigator supporting his loving family.
Despite his unwavering strength and resilience, the financial burden of medical bills, treatments, and missed work has taken a toll on him and his family. That's why we are turning to the kindness and generosity of others to help ease their burden.
Any donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping to alleviate some of the financial stress and allow him to focus on his health and recovery. Your support will not only be greatly appreciated but will also show him that he is not alone in this fight.
We know that he has touched the lives of many during his years of service as a US Marine, Vermont state trooper, and paramedic, and we hope that those who have been touched by his kindness, courage, and dedication will consider donating to this cause.
Thank you for taking the time to read his story and for your consideration. We believe that with your help, he can continue to fight and overcome this disease.
