Dan Rusnak medical relief

Dan Rusnak is a father of 4 , a police officer and my best friend for over 30 years.
On July 14th he was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic with blood clots in his small intestine,  spleen and portal vein.  After being placed on blood thinners his intestine started to die and a third had to be removed thus far.
During this time he has had a seizure and tests have found more blood clots in his legs and lungs. Dan is now diabetic and his heart has weakened from all of the complications . Dan will have to stay on blood thinners permanently and will no longer be able to keep his job as a police officer - he is just two years from being able to retire. 
Brandie, his significant other and family are overwhelmed with much stress, grief and financial burden with more to come just for medications and medical bills alone. I realize with the pandemic at hand this is a difficult time for many of us... ....he is a very proud man and would never ask for help.
