Dan Spindler and Family

As some of you may know, Dan found out a couple months ago that he would need to undergo open heart surgery. He was born with a congenital birth defect of his heart. This in turn has caused his heart to have to work extra hard, thus doing even more damage to the heart. He will undergo open heart surgery Thurs. May 25th at the young age of 32. He will be getting a new aortic valve and repair will be done to the aforementioned damage that has been done to other areas of his heart. With that being said, he will be out of work for minimum of 6 weeks. Kaitlyn has picked up 2 summer jobs to offset some of the burden, but this will not be enough to sustain their household. She also needs to be available to care for their 2 1/2 year old daughter Parker and Dan as he recuperates.

Due to these unfortunate circumstances, we as a family, are seeking help for Dan, Kaitlyn & Parker. There will be upcoming travel expenses, motel stays, medical bills and day to day living upon his return home until he can resume work. If you cannot help financially, thoughts and prayers are also needed.
