We are writing this in hopes of finding help to lay our dad to rest. Our loss is extremely unexpected so we were absolutely unprepared for the desolation of our family and how to proceed.

Daniel Christopher Mark Easley was not only the patriarch, he was the foundation that provided stability for our entire family. He truly loved his family more than anything else. He showed his love by providing for his family and did whatever was necessary to make sure they had what they needed.

Danny was a compassionate, loving man that stepped in and stepped up to raise his three step-daughters just like they were his own. He was the best uncle to his many nieces and nephews, treating them like his own children, always there to help guide them and provide when needed. Anyone who knew Danny knows he was most happy being around his family, cooking a good meal for them on the grill while drinking a cold beer.

Danny, 'EZ', also had an immense presence in his work family. He had worked in so many states with numerous companies and made friends everywhere along the way. He did what he could to help those he worked with, whether in their trade at work or in their personal lives outside the gate.

At the age of 55, Danny decided to leave the physical world on December 28, 2023 in his search for peace. Our family has been left devastated by the loss of the most loving, humorous, and generous pillar of our family.
