Daniel Gordillo was loved by anyone who had the honor to meet him. He was smart, handsome, athletic with a contagious smile. Always happy and positive about life. A role model to many. He was determined to succeed in everything he did. Daniel enjoyed baseball, boxing and swimming. He loved his wife, family and friends. Daniel served as Seaman in the Navy and was stationed in Pensacola Florida. His family and friends were so proud. He had a bright future ahead of him.
On July 8 2017, Daniel married his high school sweetheart Penelope, on the beach in Florida. They were ready to spend their lives together. Daniel was not like any 20 year old, he was special. He was inspiring, driven, caring and wanted to do what is best. Everyone loved and admired him for so many reasons.
However, on July 18, our lives would be changed forever. Daniel passed away in a motorcycle accident. This tragedy has left anyone who knew Daniel heartbroken. He will always be remembered for his heart and his smile that could light up a room. Daniel you are our angel. This is not goodbye, this is see you later. We love you Daniel.
