Daniel W Jelley 36 of Boscawen NH fatally crashed due to black ice in Franklin NH on 2/4/19 seconds away from his workplace. He left behind two children - Carter W Jelley 3 Years Old and Cameron W Jelley 5 days old. Daniels partner and mother of his children Meagan Dufault had her hands full before tragedy struck but is now in dire need of support. What a shame the one who struggled daily to provide for his family is no longer on this earth and the mother is left to fend for herself.
