A massive thankyou to everyone so far for your amazing donations, they are truly appreciated, just a few more days to go before this is closed ❤️ Hi my name is julie and I am very good family friend of 30 years to Daniels family.

As you know, the very well loved 'Danny' legend of Grange estate sadly passed away on the 5th July 2024 aged 37. Danny grew up with congenital heart problems and had already undergone 2 major heart operations and never let it get him down.

Unfortunately, Danny needed further open heart surgery which he had on the 11th June 2024 and the operation wasn't without it's complications and what should have been an 8 hour operation, lasted 16 hours. Sadly after almost a 4 week battle where Danny fought to stay with his family, his mum and his partner had the terrible decision of switching off his ventilator and Danny passed away peacefully.

As we all know funerals are very expensive but they seem to be more expensive when his mum has had to take unpaid leave to be by Danny's side alongside his partner kirsty.

With a request from his mum to set up this go fund me to see if anyone, including Danny's friends would like to donate to Danny's funeral in his memory. Any amount big or small is much appreciated by his family.
