Daniel Osborn Medical &Travel Expenses

Hello Everyone, my name is Jamie Osborn and I am reaching for help with our family who is in need of some expenses for medical bills, travel expenses,hotel stays and living expenses.

Dan Osborn was diagnosed with testicular cancer in November of 2020. He had his surgery on November 23rd to remove a 4.5 centimeter testicular tumor. When returning for his checkup it was discovered that the cancer had spread to his lymph nodes in stomach area. It’s an aggressive fast spreading cancer and is in need of immediate treatment with chemotherapy. On December 31st he got his port put in for preparation of treatment. Hisfirst chemo treatment began January 11th. He received four rounds of treatment for five days a week at eight hours a day in Ann Arbor. It will be one week on treatment, then two weeks off. The chemotherapy didn’t work and it had spread to several lymph nodes and tumors. In September 2021 Dan had a 10 hour surgery to remove lymph nodes and tumors. On October 6th we found that it had spread to lungs. Dan will be starting chemotherapy again and preparing for a bone marrow transplant. He will be hospitalized as well.Although they have medical insurance, the copays are astronomical. He will be out of work throughout this process and has a family of six, including three young children under the age of 13to provide for.

On behalf of the Osborn family, we are asking for any monetary donation to help toward the cost of copays, traveling to and from treatment, medicine, and living expenses. Any amount no matter how great or small helps. Also, all prayers and good vibes are greatly appreciated.
