Dan Wisnom

After losing their mom a little over 3 years ago, Connor, Sarah and Carly never would have imagined that they would lose their father so soon.

Dan Wisnom passed away Friday , November 24 surrounded by his family and friends. To know Dan was to love him and laugh with him. He had so much more life to live and so many things he wanted to do and to see.

Dan was never the same after losing Donna and we could all see it. He tried his best to be there for his kids and to always put a smile on his face even though he was broken from the loss of the love of his life. The love Dan and Donna shared for each other was something obvious to all who knew them. Somehow we are left to find solace that they are together again.

Dan was just getting back to his silly old self again these last few months and it made the kids feel so happy to have part of their old dad back. Connor, Sarah and Carly were each his favorite child, and he made sure that each knew it!

And then there is the way he would kiss Donna goodnight EVERY night, even when she was no longer here (kissing his memorial claddaugh ring).
