Daniel Qualkenbush

Hi, our names are Eric and Linda Belasco. Eric has been best friends with Dan since high school. We are creating this fund for Daniel Qualkenbush's family. He passed away suddenly on January 17.

Dan had been to several doctors and they could never find out what was the matter with him. But Dan knew something wasn't right. He continued to push through his life by working and providing for his family.

He attempted to attend a family vacation with his brothers in the Keys to have one more fishing trip with his dear father. While on that trip he was admitted to the hospital where they performed several tests and sent him on his way.

He returned home early from the trip to contact his own cardiologist and primary care physician. As many of you know everything has been closed down due to the weather in East Tennessee.

Dan woke on Wednesday morning and we believe he suffered a massive heart attack. He was found by his wife, Carrie, who attempted to do CPR until the paramedics arrived.

His family continues to travel across the U.S. to lay him to rest. He has left behind his wife Carrie, and four children, along with his 2 brothers, sister, parents and their love ones.

He doesn't have life insurance and as you can imagine this is a shock to us all. Dan was the one that everyone counted on for help for his knowledge, craftmanship, and generosity. I'm asking that if anyone can donate on his behalf for his memorial services and cremation it would be greatly appreciated.

He was a member of the community and loved by all that knew him. Please show his family grace as they move forward. His brother and son will continue the Q Enterprise business, but need time to heal from this devastation.
