Daniel Sanders medical emergency and bill fund
Donation protected
Last week my husband thought he just had pneumonia, but Wednesday night he told me he couldn’t breathe and we ended up in the emergency room where the doctor’s told us he was in heart failure but they didn’t know the cause. Two days later, after a heart cath, my husband Daniel Sanders had a massive stroke and was transferred to Saint Vincent’s in Sherwood. He is in the ICU with swelling on his brain and a bacterial infection in his heart. He is in and out of consciousness and completely paralyzed on the left side. The doctors are still trying to get the swelling off of his brain and get rid of the infection in his heart. The cardiologist says he will need open heart surgery to repair the damaged infected heart valve once he is stable. We did not have any kind of emergency fund and Daniel was the only breadwinner as I am disabled and also the only caregiver for my mother who is stage 4 heart failure who lives with us. No one saw this coming and we were not at all prepared for this. If you can help I know he would really appreciate it. He is so worried about bills and his job. We have a long hard row to hoe and any help would be a little stress off his mind. Thank you.
